We are upgrading our ticketing and payment systems this weekend. Our support portal will migrate to a newer and higher feature level of Kayako’s Fusion software. Our payment system is migrating to SupportPay which integrates into Fusion. Together these two systems will provide a seamless experience with payments integrated into the ticket and reporting available across our customers entire account.
If you anticipate needing our support services, please open a ticket with us before 6pm Pacific on Friday and make arrangements with a technician. We’re still available for you.
