Windows Server 2012 Essentials is the new version of the Small Business Server product family. Re-named, and without Exchange or SharePoint, it is a departure from what many of us expect in a Small Business Server product. Windows Server 2012 Essentials offers remote access to client workstations, workstation backup, and cloud integration. Built on the Server 2012 codebase, Essentials includes 2+1 virtualization rights and data protection using Windows Storage Spaces.
Try it out now and see for yourself the new version of the Small Business Server family.
