Below is the inside of a sympathy card sent by the local veterinarian office. They saw my cat rarely but staying true to their mission of animal care and providing great service to their customers they took the time to make a personal card. It’s a little thing but it is representative of providing great customer service. As MSP’s we need to strive to be seen as providing great customer service as well. It isn’t enough to be competent technically. We need to be perceived as providing great service because service level is the difference between a good business and a great business.
