Be The Cloud

He who owns the Cloud, make the profits!

Ever since Microsoft ceased production of small business server saying that small businesses would prefer to be “in the cloud” IT providers have wondered where that leaves them. Well we have a solution for you – Be The Cloud!

Philip Elder has designed a cluster based hyper-v solution that provides the redundancy and local storage you need to provide a secure and private multi-tenant solution. Think of it as the digital equivalent of a private office suite. For your clients it provides a whole network with remote access for work from any device and BYOD environments. Utilizing Remote Access Gateway, RDP, and Remote Apps the solution is brought down securely to your clients desktop. Everything is authenticated through Active Directory.

Your clients each get:

  • Unique Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop Session Hosts, Remote Apps, Sharepoint and SQL instances!

The best part is that you can have a break even point of around 20 seats! And be making thousands of dollars a month after that. Phil has already implemented this solution privately for Third Tier clients, his own clients and now he’s ready to do it for you. Your expected revenue from this solution is around $25,000 – 35,000 per month.

Your costs:

  • Hardware
  • Data Center
  • Maintenance
  • SPLA licensing

You will be looking at a significant upfront investment to launch of between $35,000 – $70,000 depending on how big a solution you decide to start with.  We recommend financing the solution with the hardware vendor over a 3 year period. We can help you with that aspect too! We have excellent referrals for you to hardware vendors ready to help you build and data centers ready to host this solution for you. Phil is standing by to build, implement and maintain the solution with you.

This makes the whole thing very nearly a turn key Cloud while putting you in the drivers seat of your IT firm.
