- • Continued access to the Third Tier portal
Quarterly Block Hours: $1,800
- • 10 Hours of Third Tier support in a 90 day period
- • Additional Hours $200 per hour
- • Unused hours expire
- • Must have opened tickets with Third Tier previously
- • Your savings = $200
