Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint
Last month Sharon showed you how to use Microsoft Forms primarily starting from Excel to simplify data entry and perhaps even shift that job to eliminate double entry. This month we’re going to start from Forms, create a SharePoint list to hold the data, some Power Automate to push the data from Forms into SharePoint and also send out notifications in multiple directions. We end up with what amounts to an app that is as easy to use on mobile as the desktop. Then we’ll review how to export this creation to reuse with multiple clients.
Pre-requisite: You should have taken the previous Forms and Power Automate classes and be familiar with SharePoint lists.
After the live class you will receive:
- Project plan
- Import/Export instructions
- Email and blog sample
- Resource PDF
