We have a new ticket policy. A new ticket requires the purchase of the Open a Ticket item below. This is the minimum entry fee for opening a new ticket. It is good for up to 1 hour of technical support. Unused time is not refundable nor left on account. Additional time is purchased in 15 minute increments.
