The rate of change in technology has always been fast, but with AI in the mix it has moved into overdrive. Many business owners are excited about the possibilities, but their staff is probably stressed, worried about keeping up, or even afraid their jobs will change or disappear.
At your next meeting, ask your client: “The pace of change has really accelerated with AI. It can be stressful for staff. How is your team feeling about all of this, and would it help if we did a short session to show them what AI can do and what it won’t do?”
This one question opens a conversation about adoption, change management, and how you can support their people, not just their technology.
